Annealsys Process Development Support: R&D and Synergy Center
Annealsys provides process assistance to our customers to optimize the process conditions of their Annealsys RTP and DLI-CVD systems. Our services include:
· Optimization of temperature control parameters
· Advice on process conditions
· Recommendations on selection and vaporization conditions of precursors chemistry for DLI-CVD / DLI-ALD processes.
With 20 years of experience, our team of Ph. D. scientists and process engineers have developed and optimized many of RTP, ALD and CVD processes. With our application and R&D laboratory Annealsys offers process development and process services. We can perform RTP, CVD and ALD processes as per our customer specifications or enter in partnership for the development of new processes.
Annealing and Coating Service
If you need to run special processes for your new application and you do not have the requested RTP, CVD or ALD machine in your laboratory we can run the process on your samples. We do have an extended background in Rapid Thermal Processing and in the deposition of metallic oxides, metals and nitrides, as well as 2D materials (Graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, TMDs).
Deposited Materials.
· Oxides: BaO, Y2O3, Cr2O3, TiO2, Al2O3, HfO2, Li2O, SiO2, LIPON, Bi2O3, Co3O4, CuCrO2, SiO2, LiNbO3, LaNiO3, SiZrOx, SrTiO3, BaTiO3, MovCrwFexBiyOz
· 2D materials: Graphene, h-BN, TMDs (MoS2, WS2, etc.)
· Metals: Pt, Mo, W, Ru ….
· Nitrides: TiN, AlN
We can also offer coating service for pilot or low volume production.
