Quick Disconnects
Quick disconnect fittings, also called quick connect couplings, are a fast and easy way to make and break a vacuum seal onto metal or glass tubing. These useful fittings can be welded, brazed, soldered, or flange-mounted onto your vacuum system, chamber, or flange. They are commonly used to mount vacuum measurement gauges, feedthroughs, and other accessories.

Thick Wall Quick Disconnect
Thick wall Quick Disconnects are used when the body will be soldered to the vacuum system. Couplings are used to connect a single (glass or metal) tube to your vacuum system. Unions are used to join two (glass or metal) tubes together. Quick Disconnects use Buna-N® or Viton® seals. The body, plug, and retaining ring of Thick Wall Quick Disconnects are made from 304 Stainless Steel. The nut is manufactured from 303 Stainless Steel.
Thin Wall Quick Diconnect
Thin wall Quick Disconnects are used when the body will be welded or brazed, if the body is brass, to the vacuum system. Quick Disconnects use Buna-N® or Viton® seals. The body, plug, and retaining ring of Thin Wall Quick Disconnects are made from 304 Stainless Steel. The nut is manufactured from 303 Stainless Steel.
