Temperature Control
Temperature Control
Temperature and Control are devices that help detect and dictate the chamber environment. IES represents companies such as Applied Thermal Control (ATC), Watlow, and Advanced Energy. These tools include sensors, which help detect certain levels within the chamber or vacuum system. Controllers, products that tells the end user the chamber environment. Heaters, a group of devices that help get your application to an ideal temperature.
Other types of products include recirculating chillers which help maintain a certain environment depending on the level of vacuum trying to be achieved.
Last, pyrometers are measuring devices used primarily for high heat applications. These devices help dictate and read the temperature within the chamber.

Types of Temperature Control Equipment
Sensors
Watlow Sensors are used to measure vacuum or sub-atmospheric pressures during a deposition. Vacuum means pressure below atmospheric. Since true vacuum is never attained, the measurement is in respect to a near absence of gas pressure.
Controller
Watlow Controller Instruments are devices that keep the needed vacuum level inside a chamber within a certain time period. When a vacuum is pulled, the vacuum pump will usually simply keep pulling vacuum from ambient to the maximum level the vacuum pump is capable of achieving.
Heaters
Watlow Heaters help create an ideal environment during the deposition process. Depending on your application type you can use a air, cartridge, circulation, flexible, fluid, immersion, nozzle, or radiant heaters.

Recirculating Chillers
Applied Thermal Control (ATC) Recirculating chillers have a continuous flow of temperature-controlled liquid with a high pressure to remove heat from equipment, materials, and components within your vacuum system. Recirculating chillers also help automate various chemical and scientific workflows and processes.
Pyrometers
A Advanced Energy pyrometer is a type of thermal sensor used for measuring high temperatures and are used in more extreme.
