Models
Low Flow
The Low Flow meters are designed to provide exceptional linear response to changing flow rates ranging from 0-5 sccm ro 0-25 sccm. In addition, the electronics associated with each sensor are precisely tuned to give fast response times.
Medium Flow
The Medium Flow meters are designed to provide exceptional linear response to changing flow rates ranging from 0-25 sccm ro 0-1000 slm. In addition, the electronics associated with each sensor are precisely tuned to give fast response times.
High Flow
The High Flow Meters flow ranges from 0-1000 slm to flows of 0-2500 slm; provide analog outputs, are constructed of stainless steel and can be configured to have either normally open or normally closed valves. The full scale range is specified by the end user.
