Flow Control And Measurement
Flow Control and Measurement
The Teledyne Hastings Flow Control and Measurement are a series of products that help detect and control the amount of gas and liquid entering your vacuum system. These products can withstand are designed to withstand different types of flow and vacuum.
Measuring a gas flow with a mass-based measurement provides accuracy, repeatability, and stability. It is insensitive to line pressure; gas conversions are simple and direct. Among the available mass flow instruments, those with on-board digital calibration records and
auto-correction achieve the best performance.

Types of Flow Control and Measurement Equipment

Analog Regulators
These reguators are made of stainless steel or brass and have german imported bourdon tubes that provide high accuracy and stability. Connection points at the pressure gauge and body, inlet/outlet connection and body, are arc welded using advanced automated welding machines, effectively preventing leakage, enhancing seal characteristics.

Vacuum Measurement and Control
The main benefit of a vacuum gauge is that it gives a clear indication of when you are at the desired vacuum level so you can proceed further into your application. The primary reason applications require vacuum is to create a change in properties (in vacuum) that are not typical at atmosphere.

Flow Meters
A flow meter is a device that measures how much liquid or gas moves through a pipeline in a given period of time. Flow Meters allow for high and low flow ranges, corrosive gases and very high-temperature environments.
