Thin Wall Quick Disconnects are specifically designed for cases where the body needs to undergo welding or brazing to connect to the vacuum system, particularly if the body is made of brass. These Quick Disconnects employ Buna-N® or Viton® seals. For the construction of Thin Wall Quick Disconnects, the body, plug, and retaining ring are crafted from 304 Stainless Steel, while the nut is manufactured using 303 Stainless Steel.
