ANCORP has added 316LN ConFlat flanges to their already wide product offering. Standard CF flange types (blanks, fixed, rotatable, tapped) from 1.33” to 10.00” OD are available separately or for use as subcomponents in configured and custom fab products. 316LN is a nitrogen-enhanced version of 316L stainless steel. It is harder and has lower magnetic content than 316L. These flanges are ideal for UHV applications where low magnetic permeability is required, e.g., beamlines, sensitive instrumentation, gauges, feedthroughs, etc.

ANCORP has introduced the latest addition to its product offering—UHV Burst Disks.
Burst disks are made from a thin, scored metal membrane that will rupture and fully open without fragmenting when exposed to a certain level of pressure while back-filling or due to an accidental increase in system pressure. This helps to protect personnel, and sensitive vacuum system components such as viewports and electronics that are not typically rated for positive pressures.
Two types are available: an ASME Overpressure burst disk that activates at 9-11.5 PSIG and a low pressure burst disk that activates at 5-7 PSIG. Burst disks feature all metal construction for UHV compatibility (bakeable to 450°C) and are mounted on 1.33” or 2.75” CF flanges. Gas recovery ports (CF338 or QF50 flanges) are available to prevent hazardous gas escape.

Certified LabView drivers for the HVG-2020A and HVG-2020B can now be downloaded at no charge from the National Instruments (NI) website here. LabView is a visual program language that allows users to develop control/monitoring software. Our new drivers allow programmers to quickly integrate our products into their systems. And, since the drivers are certified, users know that NI has tested and verified that the Teledyne Hastings code is compatible with the latest version of LabView.

HVG-2020B Wide Range Vacuum Gauge has replaced the discontinued Model 2002. The HVG-2020B, released in September 2019, measures from 1000 Torr to 1x10-4 Torr (1 mTorr), and features an optional touch-screen display. It employs a dual pirani based and piezo based gauge, and is linear over its entire range.

HVG-2020A Wide Range Vacuum Gauge has replaced the discontinued 760 Series as of Oct. 1, 2018. The HVG-2020A measures from 1000 Torr to 0.1 Torr, and features an optional on-board digital touch screen display. As a 'direct measurement' gauge, it operates independent of gas composition.
