IES Technical Sales Acquired by Gallagher Fluid Seals
On December 21, 2021, IES Technical Sales was acquired by Gallagher Fluid Seals. While IES focuses on customers in the Semiconductor, Vacuum, and Thin-Film segments, Gallagher Fluid Seals works with the world's top suppliers to bring both custom and off-the-shelf engineered sealing solutions to a wide array of customers.
Both companies share some of the same suppliers, such as DuPont™ Kalrez®, which allows customers to leverage a strong inventory and robust framework of trusted manufacturers. In addition, this acquisition opens an engineering channel to customers of IES; Gallagher's Engineering Department will be available for projects that require tailored solutions to challenging or complex applications.
