The DV88 Diaphragm Valve series is suitable for ultra high purity applications. Its end connections include: GENLOK, Face seal fitting (FSR) and butt welded. The DV88 is cleaned and degreased for oxygen service according to CGA G-4.1 and ASTM G93 Class C, respectively. It provides a long service life and is 100% helium leak tested.
