The ConFlat (CF) UV Grade Quartz (Fused Silica) Viewport is equipped with a ConFlat flange and features a UV grade fused silica viewport. It boasts a zero-length profile and utilizes UV grade fused silica windows, ensuring superior optical properties. With a maximum bakeable temperature of 200°C, it can withstand high-temperature processes. This viewport is fully compatible with ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems, constructed from non-magnetic materials to minimize interference. Moreover, it offers excellent transmission capabilities for UV wavelengths up to 250nm, making it an ideal choice for various UV applications.
