The ConFlat (CF) DUV Grade Fused Silica Viewport, featuring a Single AR Coating, is specifically designed for deep ultraviolet (DUV) applications. It incorporates laser-grade fused silica windows with an anti-reflective coating, ensuring exceptional performance. The viewport is capable of withstanding baking temperatures up to 200°C, making it suitable for high-temperature processes. Constructed from non-magnetic materials and boasting a zero-length profile, it is perfect for environments where magnetic interference must be minimized. Additionally, the viewport is fully compatible with ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems, offering reliable functionality in vacuum setups.
