ConFlat Fixed Flange 304SS, Outer Diameter DN100CF (6.00" OD), Bore Blank, Tapped

ConFlat (CF) Fixed Blank Flanges are a circular shape fitting used in vacuum systems. ConFlat fixed blank flanges perform best in ultra high vacuum environments ranging from 760 torr (103 mbar) to < 1 x 10-13 Torr (< 1.3 x 10-13 mbar). Additionally, ConFlat flanges have a temperature range of -196° C (-321° F) up to 450° C (842° F). Fixed blank flanges are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, but can be ordered in other materials. The seal mechanism employs a knife-edge design. This machined feature, located beneath the planar surface of the flange, creates an annular groove on each side of a deformable metallic gasket when the flange pair is bolted together. All ConFlat fixed blank flanges come in tapped and clearance bolt hole orientation.
