The DV53 Diaphragm Valve series is suitable for high purity applications. It end connections come in: FSR, NPT and GENLOK. It's metal-to-metal seal minimizes particle generation and ensures purity integrity in the flow passages. It provides a long service life and is 100% helium leak tested.
